Cape Cod Leadership Initiative

The Tower Foundation, in partnership with The Cape Cod Foundation and the Gestalt International Study Center, is pleased to announce the launching of The Cape Cod Leadership Development Program.

The program is designed to strengthen the leadership skills of nonprofit managers on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. The ten-month program has four distinct yet connected components: leadership development workshops; technical skills workshops; an organizational project; and support from a leadership consultant/coach.
