Technology Initiative Request for Proposals (RFP)

The primary objectives of this capacity building initiative are to connect organizations with the technological expertise necessary to develop and execute a strategic technology plan; and to assist with the resources required for implementation of the plan.

The Technology Planning and Implementation Initiative has two phases: Phase I provides support for the development of a strategic technology plan with the assistance of an external consultant (up to $50,000); and Phase II provides partial funding (a dollar-for-dollar match up to $125,000) for the implementation of the plan.

The eligibility criteria for organizations interested in applying for funds have changed.  Please refer to the RFP documents for more information.
